I hope that people pick 30 seconds. Then, if it sucks, at least it will be over quickly.

have some faith t.whid. it’s going to be great. so far we know that it is in sfmoma’s elevator and that no one will get naked. how can this go wrong?

I was really psyched that I voted for the one that was twice as popular as all the others, then I noticed that I pushed mine to 2 votes, while the other leading choices had one.

thanks - did you vote for 4′33′ or artist choice?

It will be a lot harder to do a performance in 30 sec than in 24 hours.

artists choice

Does it seem strange that 1 night is more popular than 1 day?
I’ve sort of resigned myself to the fact that folks seem to want to torture us.

No fear T.Whid - “artist choice” (the easiest for us) seems to be doing ok. I don’t think people vote based on what would torture us. I’m guessing people vote for what they are interested in. Yeah, “night” might be harder than “day” but “night” might be more interesting than “day”. Then again, “same as the album” or “artist choice” might be more interesting than “day” or “night.” Who knows?

it’s a real neck and neck contest btw “the exact same length” and “artists’ choice” !!!
